Meet the team
Patriam Energy is proudly owned and operated by Jonathan and Jacqueline, a husband-and-wife team who are passionate about delivering high-quality electrical solutions with a personal touch. Jono brings extensive experience as an electrician, having worked across industrial and mining environments before founding Patriam Energy in 2019, which now services domestic, commercial, and industrial clients. With a keen eye for design, Jono has a particular passion for lighting design—combining functionality with aesthetics to transform spaces both inside and out. A true local, Jono was raised in the Southern Highlands and now takes great pride in serving the community he grew up in.
Jacq previously held a Senior Case Management role in Government, working in the Child Protection sector. She has recently taken on more of a role within Patriam Energy, bringing her leadership and organisational expertise to the business. Using her experience, she helps implement systems to ensure all projects are well-planned, streamlined, and run smoothly from start to finish. Her role is diverse and ever-evolving—but her most important and rewarding work is being a mum to their four young children!
Together, Jono and Jacq share a full life, raising their two sons and two daughters. They are active participants in a local church, where they love being part of a supportive community of other families. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time in the great outdoors with their kids and their beloved dog, Reggie.
As the business has grown, so too has the team—now including Sebastion and Beau, who are valued members of the Patriam Energy crew. With a shared commitment to quality, reliability, and service, the team is proud to bring trusted electrical solutions to the local community and beyond.
